Know Your Rights

2.  Remember these are your rights as a worker in the United State! If they are being violated it is against the law. Only you can protect and uphold these rights. Do not feel intimidated by your employer or anyone else. The following web site is for the National Labor Relations Board: http://www.nlrb.gov/

You will find information and directions for reporting a violation. Look through all the information and remember they have a strict confidentiality policy so don’t be afraid to give all the names and details to them. Do this after you have gone through step one with us.
